Columbia was day 26 of the #InkTober art challenge. She is one of the main characters from the wacky and campy movie The Rocky Horror Picture Show. I had much fun creating Columbia because she has so much pizzaz in her character. Just look at her sparkling red bowtie as it matches her hot red hair.
